GOOD FRIDAY

Good Friday is one of the printable public holidays that Christians celebrate. This day commemorates Jesus Christ passion, crucifixion and death. Good Friday is a day after Maundy Thursday.
The term celebration is broad; it describes memorable events in our lives. According to my own perspective the whole celebration of Good Friday is to remind us Christians that Jesus died for us. How he died for us. This has been an ideological belief and remembrance for us Christians: He died and rose back for us. This is the purpose of his existence in our life.
The scripture of Mathews 1:21 explain that “Then after her baby is born, name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” Therefore the significant reason for Jesus existence is taking away our sins, by showing as well as leading us to right paths. The Ten Commandments in the holy bible are actually a guideline on how Christians must portray themselves. How we should conduct ourselves on a daily basis.
We celebrate this day by singing songs of praise, hymns and praying. Praying is powerful because it is seen as communication from one person to God. Apart from what is mentioned above Holy Communion is also one of the reasons why we celebrate Good Friday. We eat the bread which symbolizes the body of Christ and drink the wine which symbolizes his blood. This was shared for us on the cross.
Good Friday is the memory that we have to share and honor by celebrating Jesus death and Love for us.
